All Family Festival ticket holders should enter the Museum using the group and member entrance located on West 54th Street, close to Sixth Avenue, where you will receive your event wristband.
All festival programs are available on a drop-in basis. Attendees may enter at any time during the day. Artist-created environments and film programs open at 10:00 a.m., gallery activities start at 10:30 a.m.

Your ticket purchase is a one-day pass that grants you full access to the Museum and festival activities on the date of your choice.
Become a member to be eligible for adult tickets for $5 (limit two) and child tickets for $5 each (ages 2 and up) that are valid for all five festival days. Corporate Members are eligible for one-day adult tickets for $5 each (limit two) purchased onsite (or pre-purchase at full price to reserve your ticket in advance). Member and Corporate Member guests must purchase full price tickets to the festival.
Day-of online ticket sales stop at 12:00 p.m. A limited number of day-of tickets will be available for onsite purchase until 3:00 p.m.
Enjoy a 10% discount at MoMA stores with your festival wristband.
Accessibility
We’re here to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. When you arrive, if you need help or have questions, ask any staff person wearing a festival badge. Sensory kits, social narratives, wheelchairs, rollators, and portable stools are available for free at all Museum entrances.

All restrooms are wheelchair accessible, and they’re located on all floors except the Theater 2 level and the entry level of the Cullman Education and Research Building.
Single-user/family restrooms are located on the entry level of the Museum (next to the Member Checkroom), Theater 1 level, Floor 3W, Floor 5, Floor 6, and the Mezzanine level of the Cullman Education and Research Building.
Shopping
MoMA has several stores that offer playful products and creative gifts for all ages. Festival merch will be available on Floor 6 of the Museum and the entry level of the Cullman Education and Research Building. Festival attendees receive 10% off their purchase with their wristband.

Food and concessions
Family-friendly food and snacks are available for purchase at kiosks in the Hess Lounge on Floor 1 and on Floor 6 of the main Museum building. We encourage you to preorder snack and lunch packs with your festival tickets as day-of availability will be limited. Please note that onsite kiosks accept credit card payment only.
